Spanish FA Clears Barcelona Of Misconduct In Neymar's Deal



Barcelona have announced they have been cleared by the Liga de Futbol Profesional (LFP) of any wrongdoing in the signing of Neymar.

The transfer is still being investigated by the Spanish High Court due to contradicting statements from the Catalan club about how much they paid for the Brazil international.

FIFA Ban Barcelona, Spanish FA



The world football governing body, FIFA, has handed Barcelona a tranfer ban for the next two transfer windows, for breaching rules relating to the international transfer of players under the age of 18. The Catalan club has also been fined a cash sum of 450,000 Swiss Francs(€369,000).

FIFA also sanction the Spanish FA(Real Federacion Espanola de Futbol, RFEF) for similar offences and were fined 500,000 Swiss Francs (€410,000)
