United Name Giggs As Interim Coach



Manchester United's Player Coach, Ryan Giggs will assume duty as the first-team coach on interim bases until a substantial successor to sacked Coach, David Moyes is appointed.

An official statement by the club reads: "Following the departure of David Moyes as manager, Manchester United has announced that Ryan Giggs, the club’s most decorated player, will assume responsibility for the first team until a permanent appointment can be made.

"The club will make no further comment on this process until it is concluded."

The 40 year old Welsh man who has made a record 962 appearances for United in his 24 years at the club and was widely expected to end his playing career this summer, will lead the team out against Norwich City at the Old Traford on Saturday and subsequent remaining three matches of the season.

Manchester United are looking out for a seasoned Coach among which have been big performers in recent times; Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp, Atletico Madrid's Diego Simeone, and Netherlands boss, Louis van Gaal all lead the array of Coaches set to succeed Moyes at Old Traford.
