Arsenal Boss, Arsene Wenger has confirmed that long time absentee, Aaron Ramsey, will return to the Arsenal squad to face Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday.
The Wales international midfielder was in spectacular form before suffering a thigh injury in the 3-1 victory over West Ham on Boxing Day and has not feature for his team since.
Arsene Wenger admitted Ramsey's return is a welcome boost for his side, who have seen their title challenge slip away in recent weeks and now face real competition for the fourth position from Everton who sits fifth with just four points away.
"He drives the team forward and he is a box-to-box player. It's good to have him back," Wenger told reporters.
Ramsey bagged 13 goals in 27 appearances in allcompetitions before succumbing to injury and will hope to pick up where he left off to help the Gunners re-ignite their bid for at least a trophy as the season goes to an end.
Full-back Nacho Monreal is also available for Sunday's crucial clash, but Kieran Gibbs is struggling with an ankle problem, while Serge Gnabry has a knee injury.
