Portugal shatter USA's dream of qualifying for the round of sixteen with just two games played in the World Cup when they scored in the last minute of added time to put the game at two goals apiece and keep the hopes alive.
Nani put Portugal ahead in the 5th minute ofthe game, but two second half goals from Jermaine Jones and Clint Dempsey turned the table around in favour of the Americans until a flying header by Silvestre Varela saw Portugal salvage a 2-2 draw.
