Wenger Ready Balotelli Swoop

Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger has met with Mario Balotelli's agent ahead of a potential £25 million summer transfer, for the Italy international.

Arsenal are looking to strenghten their attack line in the summer as previous attempt to do so in the winter transfer failed with Shalke regecting their bid for Julian Draxler.

Balotelli joined AC Milan during 2013 January tramsfer window, but after a strong start back in Italy the striker hasn't scored since mid-January 2014 and was not happy when he was substituted against Napoli over the weekend.

Mediaset claim that Gunners boss Wenger met Balotelli's agent Mino Riola to discuss a potential move to the Emirates Stadium.

It had previously been suggested that Arsenal's new kit manufacturer, PUMA,  may be on hand to help make a deal possible given that Balotelli is a one of their Ambassador.

Arsenal currently have only Olivier Giroud as their main option in attack, with Nicklas Bendtner on hand to offer support when needed.
