Fulham Secure Late Signing Of Mitroglou And Heitinga



After seeing their main striker, Dimitar Barbatov join AS Monaco on loan until the end of the season, Fulham announce the capture of Greece international striker Konstantinos Mitroglou from Olympiakos for a fee around £11m.

The Cottagers did one more better by acquiring the services of Dutch international, John Heitinga who has been out of favour at Everton on a free transfer.

The 25 year old has scored who has emerge as the top goal scorer in the greek league in the last two seasons has scored 23 goals in 26 appearances for club and country this season and  is expected to be an immediate influence the goal scoring department of his new team.

Fulham had earlier secured a loan deal for  23 year old Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby until the end of the season.
Fulham currently lie 19th in the Premier League with 19 points from 23 games
